CNC Operator - FILLED, Delta, BC

IS2 Workforce Solutions is in need of a permanent full-time CNC Operator for our client in Delta. Our client offers flexible hours, and a fair working environment. The successful candidate will have 2 years CNC operating experience.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for the accurate and timely production of the parts listed on the daily production sheet assigned by the Production Manager
• Abide by Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Ability to analyze, and interpret blue prints, and daily production sheets
• Recognize and change worn out inserts
• Measure parts, and change offsets to maintain tolerances specified on the blue prints

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC Operating experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret blue prints
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of Lathe Operation experience
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
