Our Client is seeking a permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative for their busy Langley facility! This position manages all customer service-related activities with the company, contributing to organizational growth. The successful candidate will also support all Sales Representatives and full-time customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all customer related information and communication
- Receiving, processing, scheduling, prioritizing, and managing order files
- Providing accurate and friendly communication when dealing with customer inquiries
- Cycling calls and monitoring product ordering cycles of our customers
- Maintaining all customer paperwork and files
- Creating weekly and monthly sales reports, as needed
- Supporting our Marketing and Sales team, as needed
- Providing customer service support to maintain and grow all accounts within North America, working with customers and Sales Representative Groups
- Developing and maintaining customer service standards, policies and procedures
- Preparing action plans and schedules, identifying specific targets
- Providing back-up support to other group members, as needed
Required Qualifications and Abilities:
- 2+ years' experience in progressive customer service positions
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills
- Top-notch problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Solid interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships
